  • • I may decline an order if the character is not something I think I can execute well.

  • • Turnaround time for all commissions is anywhere between 3 weeks to 2 months (health and family issues may prolong delivery).

  • • Completed artwork will be delivered via Artistree unless otherwise requested.

  • ARTWORK RIGHTS

  • • Image references are required.

  • • You can provide personality traits or other important info!

  • • I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason without explanation.

  • • I may decline an order if the character is not something I think I can execute well.

  • PAYMENT & REFUNDS

  • • All payment is through Artistree (uses Paypal).

  • • Payment is required up front.

  • • Full refund may be requested only if I haven't started on the commission.

  • • Partial refund may be requested dependent on how much progress has been made on the piece.

  • • No refund if the commission has been completed.

  • • If the order hasn't been paid for over a week, we will cancel the commission unless there's an agreement regarding the delay.

  • PROCESS

  • • You will receive screenshots of WIPs throughout the process.

  • • Major changes can only be requested in the sketching phase.

  • • One round of minor edits is allowed to be requested after the sketch phase, but no major revisions are allowed at this point in the process.
